Carol Lewis has over 25 years experience in teaching, counseling, marketing and training. Carol has worked both ends of the spectrum ranging from teaching elementary, middle age and young adults to providing job search skills and career counselling to adults. Carol has spent the last 11 years marketing senior housing for the active senior lifestyle. As a new franchisee to the Sandler family, Carol brings knowledge, compassion, and a thirst to help others attain their professional and personal goals.

Nadine Landis brings tremendous structure and experience to the team of SML and Associates. Providing individualized attention and support to the team as the Administrative Assistant to Stu Lewis and Rob Reed, her background in teaching has allowed her to handle all administrative functions, enabling the team to focus on growing our clients. Nadine also works directly with our clients in a supportive role facilitating answers to their questions about Sandler Online, training materials and programs, and providing documents as needed to both clients and trainers.
Nadine received a Bachelor's Degree from West Chester University in West Chester, Pennsylvania and a Master's Degree from Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey.
